Woodstock Downtown Residential Pool Rules & Regulations

General Rules

Your salt water community pool is for residents and accompanied guests only. You, your family members and your guests are required to show your wrist bands to the lifeguard, Board member or Pool Committee Member when you enter the pool area. 

Please observe these and other posted
rules for an enjoyable pool season! Upon receipt of the 2020 wrist bands, you accept the 2020 Pool Waiver and Pool Rules. The Pool Waiver form can be found in the "Docs & Forms" tab, select "All Documents", then select "Pool" on the left side of page.

Current Pool Hours:

August:  Mondays-Thursdays: Closed
             Fridays: 3 p.m.-8 p.m. (No lifeguards - Swim at your own risk)
             Saturdays & Sundays: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

September: Tuesday, Sept 1-Thursday, Sept 3: Closed
                  Friday, Sept 4:     3 p.m.-8 p.m. (No lifeguards - Swim at your own risk)
                  Saturday, Sept 5: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
                  Sunday, Sept 6:   10 a.m.-8 p.m.
                  Monday, Sept 7:   10 a.m.-8 p.m.
                  Tuesday, Sept 8:  Pool Closed for Remainder of Year

Posted Pool Rules & Regulations

  1. Parents/guardians must insure that infants/children using the pool do NOT have a diarrheal illness.
  2. All infants/children not toilet trained and incontinent individuals must wear swim diapers and tight fitting plastic swim pants.
  3. No glass, sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed
  4. No animals other than service animals allowed
  5. Shower and rinse thoroughly before entering the pool
  6. No food or drink allowed within five (5') feet of the pool
  7. Children must be accompanied by an adult
  8. Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, eye infections or any communicable condition not allowed
  9. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool
  10. No solo bathing
  11. Bathers shall wear bathing attire
  12. No spitting , spouting or blowing nose
  13. No running or rough play allowed

Additional Pool Rules & Regulations

  • Everyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
  • Homeowners are required to be with their guests at all times.
  • All bathers must have either a homeowner wristband or a guest wristband to enter the pool area.
  • Those without wrist bands will be denied access to the pool area.
  • All bathers are required to show their wristband when asked.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the pool area.
  • Foul language, particularly around children, is unacceptable. If someone asks you politely to refrain from using foul language, please do so.
  • When using the grill, be mindful that the frame of the building is made of wood. Do not over spray the grill with lighter fluid to cause extreme flames and a dangerous fire hazard.
  • You are required to contact our Property Manager either via email or use the online form to request a pool party. If your party will have more than 11 guests, you must hire an additional life guard at your expense.
  • When you move from out of the neighborhood, please leave your pool fob(s) and wrist bands with the new owners. If you are a new resident and the previous owners did not leave their wristbands or key fob, please  contact Access Management for a key fob and wristbands.

  • Additional key fobs can be purchased for $25. Please email nhunsucker@accessmgt.com. No more than two key fobs will be activated for each residence.

 Pool Party Rules

  • A "Pool Parties" form must be submitted to Access Management at least 14 days before the party date (nhunsucker@accessmgt.com).
  • The resident hosting the party MUST be present at all times.
  • Parties for children under 13 years old must be celebrated in their area under the pavilion.
  • A maximum of 20 non-resident guests are allowed at any pool party.
  • An extra lifeguard is required when 11 or more non-resident guests under the age of 13 years are present.
  • Any extra lifeguards required by these rules must be hired through United Pools.
  • Please email hr@unitedpools.com with your request 14 days in advance.
  • If extra lifeguards are necessary, pool parties may only occur during times the Association normally has lifeguards on site.
  • Pool parties shall be permitted to occur during pool operating hours only.
  • The host resident will pay all costs associated with the pool party.
  • The Association is not responsible for any costs associated with a resident's party.
  • The host resident is responsible for cleaning up the party area at the end of the party.
